You play a lone survivor in the depths of Infernus, where the air thrums with the dreams of sleeping gods and reality bends around what should not be. Every 2:30, a Great Old One awakens. Across each run, choose from 10 weapons (max 6 simultaneously), each with 5 levels of growth.
