NecroSyntex is a 3D co-op third-person shooter set in a near-future apocalyptic world. In an age where medical technology had reached unprecedented heights, a mysterious new drug spread across the globe—turning humans into horrifying mutant creatures. Now, the last survivors must rely on the same dangerous drugs, known as Doping , to gain the strength needed to fight back. As a special operative, you and up to three teammates are deployed into infested zones to complete missions, eliminate threats, and ultimately escape alive.
