Pixel Evolution is a twin-stick arena shooter with one wild twist: as you fight, the game rebuilds itself. You start in raw 1-bit black-and-white and COMPILE your way up through the history of game graphics - 2-bit, 4-bit, 8-bit and beyond - until the whole world becomes full 3D. Every era looks, sounds and plays like the generation it is named after. WATCH THE GAME EVOLVE Each era hands you a checklist of upgrade nodes. Complete it, beat the era boss, and hit COMPILE - then the arena, enemies, HUD, music and even your own character visibly transform into the next graphical generation. It isn't a menu unlock. You watch the engine rebuild around you. COLLECT, UPGRADE, PUSH FURTHER Kills drop pixels - your only currency. Spend them in the node tree on damage, fire rate, dashes, drones, orbit blades and more. Your HP constantly drains in combat, so every run is a race: grab pixels, survive, upgrade, and dive back in a little stronger. Dying isn't failure - it's the loop. AIM, DASH, SURVIVE Manual twin-stick combat: move with WASD, aim with the mouse, dash to dodge. Weave through zig-zagging enemies, telegraphed boss attacks and mid-fight mini-bosses. Fast, readable, arcade-tight.
