Red Lake is a surreal psychological horror game where your only means of understanding reality is a physical notebook you find in the prologue. To proceed, you must explore the shifting forest, searching for anomalies so the Red Lake will let you venture deeper -and underwater. Anomalies manifest as objects distorted by static, emitting a haunting white noise that echoes through the trees. Key Features: Notebook: Your main tool and interface. Write inside it to reveal and document hidden anomalies. Reality shifts: The environment is unstable. The forest paths you walked in a previous iteration may completely change in the next. Deeply immersive: There is no traditional in-game UI. The physical notebook held in your hands is your only guide, making the experience especially tense and creepy. Reactive world: The forest is alive. Almost everything around you will react to your actions. Pseudo-open-world: You are free to explore the eerie environment, but any attempt to escape the forest is utterly futile.
