WEIRD CO. Employee Welcome Letter Congratulations on your new assignment. We are pleased to welcome you to WEIRD CO.'s Emotional Production Department as a Floor Technician. Your responsibilities include the installation and calibration of Emotional Capsules (Doses), as well as the optimization of production efficiency. Further information regarding workplace procedures, safety protocols, and production standards can be found in the attached documentation. Please report to your assigned production floor immediately. We wish you a productive first shift. —- WEIRD CO. EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION Production Floor Handbook, Revision 7.3 Your primary responsibility is to maintain a stable and efficient Emotional Production Floor. Emotional capsules ("Doses") will be delivered at the beginning of every shift. Install Doses into compatible production units ("Weirds") and ensure each vessel is fully assembled before initiating a Production Cycle. Production efficiency depends on proper vessel placement. Daily shipments vary, and production layouts should be adjusted accordingly. Once a Production Cycle has been initiated, all floor modifications are temporarily restricted until the cycle has concluded. Additional vessel types, production technologies, and operational directives will become available as your assignment progresses. Thank you for your continued cooperation. —- Floor Technician Shift Checklist ☐ Receive Daily Shipment ☐ Assemble Weirds ☐ Install Doses ☐ Verify Vessel Compatibility ☐ Initiate Production Cycle ☐ Monitor Production Output ☐ Prepare Floor for Next Shift — WEIRD CO. Production Floor Safety Guidelines The following guidelines have been established to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Emotional Production Department. Do not initiate a Production Cycle unless all assigned Weirds have been fully assembled. Emotional Capsules ("Doses") may only be installed or removed while the Production Floor is unlocked. Never force incompatible Doses into the same Production Unit. Production Units exhibiting unexpected behavior are to be reported through the appropriate channels. Employees are reminded that apparent speech, emotional attachment, or memory retention does not constitute consciousness. Questions regarding the Extraction Program are outside the responsibilities of Floor Technicians. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in reduced production efficiency or disciplinary action. — CONFIDENTIAL AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY PROJECT: █████████████ Current Phase: Emotional Integration Objective: Transfer ███████████████████████████████████ into artificial production units.
